Frequently Asked Questions

A few of the questions we hear most often. Don’t see yours? Just ask — we’re happy to help.

What type of projects do you do?

The short answer is: we make things for you. The longer answer is that we take your ideas and make them tangible. We make marketing materials, signs, banners, decor, some furniture, and other items. We have tools and machines to do a lot. It’s best to send us your specific questions about your ideas and let us help you “Express it!”

Can you make my business some sublimated tumblers or mugs?

Well, we can, but that’s not our primary focus. To put it simply, that is hard to compete with the hobbyists who don’t factor in their real costs and just enjoy doing it. When they will sell you a tumbler that costs them $15 to make for $5, it is impossible for a business to compete with that. However, if it is part of a bigger project of marketing materials, we definitely can add it to what we make for you.

Can you make me a hat?

Yes, but again that is similar to the previous question. If it is just a single hat, there are hobbyists out there who will practically do it for free.

I have an idea for some custom wedding decor, can you help me?

Let’s talk. Most likely we can. Please keep in mind that we are a small business with many clients, and these things take time to make. Please don’t wait until the last minute.

I need some yard signs to promote my business/campaign, can you make them?

We sure can. We prefer to make at least 20 of these, but more than 100 can get tricky. We usually have blanks on hand; however, please allow adequate time to ship more blanks to us, and also time for processing and making.

My buddy’s 21st birthday is coming up. Can you help us make some shirts and merch to embarrass him on his night out?

Of course — please reach out with your ideas and we’ll shoot you a quote and a timeline.

I have a unique idea that requires some tools which I don’t have. If you have the tools, can we work together to make it?

Probably. Not all ideas can actually be made tangible — it would need to be something our insurance won’t frown on, and of course something we can legally make.

Can you make me a t-shirt with my favorite sports team, cartoon character, or third-party logo on it?

No. Those are most likely trademarked (or possibly copyrighted), and without a license to use the trademark we can’t do this. In fact, if we receive an image which we believe to be trademarked, we will refuse to continue without verification that you are licensed to use it.

But I see mugs like that all the time at farmers markets, craft shows, flea markets, etc. Why can’t you?

Quite simply, those are most likely hobbyists who are willing to risk the hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines and legal fees to make some counterfeit merch — we are not willing to do that. If the person is willing to pay the license fee, then you should contact them.

My business has no logo, can you help me make one?

Yes, we can. We do have graphic design experience and have made several logos in the past.

I want a TV in my place of business to display my business and product information, can you help?

We sure can. Depending on the project size and whether you have an existing TV and wiring for it, we may need to help you work with electricians; however, we can help you design the images and make sure the TV is displaying your products and information. This even includes menus and pricing of services.

Where are you located?

We are located in Dade County, MO, outside of the small town of Everton. We have an office which shares space with a small farm. While we do appreciate the enthusiasm to meet in person, because of workload we only accept visitors by appointment only, and we strictly enforce that (meaning, don’t show up thinking you can just catch someone to talk — we will refuse). Sorry for being strict, but we commit to timelines for our customers, and unexpected guests can delay them.

I’ve been told that you also fix things like vintage computers and electronics, is this true?

Yes, it is. Our founder has been repairing vintage computers since before they were vintage. Think of it as a side gig to this. It’s not something we overly promote, but we’re happy to discuss.

Can you make my special event a website?

Probably. If it is for marketing purposes, we can. However, if you’re wanting an ecommerce site or something which requires strict adherence to national and global laws and policies, we may refuse. There are plenty of services out there which can do that.

However, we have a lot of experience with marketing and promotional websites and are happy to discuss.

Where does the name come from?

Simply put: we help you Express It! If you have an idea, we help you express it.

Still have a question?

Tell us about your idea and we’ll help you figure out how to make it real.
